In addition to changing the company details, I have corrected the following:
- Ticket bookings: in the legal basis field, the original text mistakenly repeated the information from the recipients field. It now states that the legal basis is the performance of the contract, which is standard for a purchase. I have moved the reference to the monument operator to the recipients field, where it belongs.
- Requests for information: the retention period referred to the “ticket booking,” and the final field referred to a “request to keep you informed.” Both now refer to the request for information.
- Typos: “iene,” “obligatorios como obligatorios,” the duplicated phrase “adquisición de entradas,” and “GDPR,” which I have changed to “RGPD,” the Spanish acronym for the regulation.
- Format: each processing activity is now presented in a two-column table, as is commonly done on websites.
